CMCG was selected to work with The Broad Institute in the development of their Crisis and Emergency Management Plan. CMCG consultants also collaborated in the conducting a BIA and Risk Assessment as the underlying foundation to develop the Institute’s Business Continuity Plan for Administrative and Executive, as well as bio-genetic laboratory operations. Finally, CMCG worked with the Institute’s Vivarium to establish an AALAC compliant emergency response plan for their animal research activities.
“CMCG demonstrated a command knowledge across the different planning elements. The Institute’s complex research operations demanded a systematic reliant approach to Business Continuity. CMCG provided us with that expertise.”
